Sandrift Beachfront Apartments is a three-storey walk-up complex located along the beachfront. All apartments overlook the ocean and offer great family accommodation in a friendly, relaxing atmosphere. Major Works Notice Sandrift Apartments will be undergoing staged external refurbishment works from 20 July 2026, currently scheduled to continue through to 11 March 2027. Works will include balcony door replacement, balcony waterproofing and tiling, scaffolding and associated external works. During this period, guests may notice construction noise, trades onsite, scaffolding, temporary hoarding, exclusion zones and changed access routes in some areas of the building. Contractor hours are generally Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, with no noisy works scheduled before 8:00am. Apartments directly affected by works will be closed during their stage. A pause is currently proposed over the Christmas/New Year period, with works recommencing from 11 January 2027, subject to weather and project requirements. We appreciate your understanding while these necessary building improvement works are completed.
